She was known as a queen of Israeli fashion by the nickname Lady Leah. Lea Gottlieb was an Israeli swimwear and beachwear fashion designer. Lea emigrated to Israel from Hungary after World War II. She was the founder of the legendary swimwear company Gottex who changed the style of dressing Israeli women. She died at her home in Tel Aviv at the age of 96.
